Infant/Waddler Room

Our infant and waddler rooms cover the ages of 6 weeks to about 2 years of age. These classrooms provide a warm and nurturing environment where the children explore and develop new skills at their own pace. We provide equipment and toys that are age appropriate. The room is arranged to satisfy individual needs such as eating, sleeping, and playing. The daily schedule allows flexibility to meet each child's needs but also leaves room for planned activities such as sensory activities, outside time, etc.

Toddler Room

The toddler program covers ages of about 2 years of age to 3 years old and is comprised of several components which together help your child prepare for Preschool. The toddler’s day is active, curious and burgeoning with creativity. Their schedule is tailored to meet their needs in this age of exploration and curiosity. Each developmental domain for the growing toddler, social, physical, emotional and cognitive milestones are addressed. Independence is encouraged and self-reliance is promoted. Daily routines such as sitting for meal time, toileting and other self-care necessities are carefully monitored and their progress is notated. The toddler’s complex emotions are recognized; we help them deal with the challenges of what they’re feeling through building trusting and loving relationships with them. We also facilitate sharing, helping and caring for each other in the toddler’s relationships with their peers. Another equally important component of the toddler program is learning through play. Toddlers are hands-on explorers. All activities whether independent or teacher directed are integrated through play which is the best and most proven mode. The toddler program is a dependable program. A consistent daily schedule filled with exploration and play is guaranteed. Your growing toddler will feel safe and secure in the carefully executed routines we have in place.

Pre-school Room 1/ Room 2

In our preschool classroom, children will be here from 2 1/2 years of age up to 4 years old. The preschool schedule is more structured to be able to incorporate language, science, math, art, dramatic play, and music through creative curriculum. Creative curriculum is a comprehensive, research -based curriculum that features exploration and discovery as a way of learning. This enables the children to develop confidence, creativity, and lifelong critical-thinking skills. As your child's skill level rapidly increases through play, the room is arranged with different centers to adhere to those skills. Social skills are upmost important, as they are getting closer to school-age. Emphasis is put on skills such as sharing, taking turns, respect for others and communicating problems to the teachers and peers through verbal communication. The preschool room sets an encouraging and educational environment for your preschooler.

Pre K Room 1/ Room 2 (Coming Soon)

Now your preschooler is ready to enter into the world of pre-kindergarten. The purpose of our pre-k classroom is to prepare them for kindergarten-physically, mentally, socially, and emotionally. Children that have reached their 4 year mark will be part of this classroom until they go off to kindergarten. We grow close to the children has then spend their last year with us and graduate.
